About Andrew
Andrew Heath co-founded PH-media Ltd in 2002, a project management platform for architects, which he successfully exited in 2007.
HeĀ has spent the past twelve years working at the intersection of human psychology and business performance, advising FTSE 100 and AIM-listed companies on motivation, culture and human needs.
He is currently CEO and founder of Rolekick, the rebrand and evolution of WeThrive, a platform he built in the same space that has worked with some of the UK's best known organisations.
That background matters here. Everything Andrew has built professionally has been rooted in one question: why do people behave the way they do under pressure, and what do they need to change?
Divorce Strength is the same question applied to the hardest personal situation a man can face.
Andrew went through a long and difficult divorce himself. He came out of it with his relationship with his kids not just intact but stronger. He built some of the most solid friendships of his life through the process. And he turned an experience that could have broken him into something he could hand to other men.
Ā He is not a therapist. He is not a solicitor.
He is a man who has been through it, who understands human psychology, and who has spent considerable time and resource building a structured framework that works.
He is also a dad to two amazing teenagers, an avid windsurfer, snowboarder and mountain biker.
Divorce Strength is his passion project. The thing he wants to put into the world.
If you are a family lawyer or mediator looking for a credible, structured resource to refer your male clients to, you are in the right place.
