Why We Use Your Data and Our Legal Basis
Under UK GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. Here is how we use your data and the legal basis we rely on for each use:
- To deliver the free masterclass and course materials. When you register, we use your name and email to send you access to the content you requested. Our legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending you marketing emails promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails such as responses to direct enquiries.
