Why This Exists

When I went through my divorce, I searched for something that would give me a proper framework. Not generic advice. Not a list of legal tips. Something that made sense of the whole thing, psychologically, practically, financially, and helped me make better decisions at every stage.

It didn't exist. So I built it.

• Set Your Standard. Deciding in advance who you are going to be through this, before the pressure hits.
• KMG. The mindset shift that changes how you carry all of it.

The Toolkit

• Managing fear. Fear setting and the voluntary poverty exercise that puts financial anxiety back in its box.
• Form E and financial disclosure. What it is, what it requires, and how to approach it without it derailing you.
• Navigating the legal process. What to expect at every stage and how to stay clear-headed throughout.
• Communicating with your legal team. How to work effectively with your solicitor and get the most from every meeting.
• Financial clarity under pressure. How to understand your financial position and make sound decisions when the stakes are highest.

• The Vault. The practical administrative framework for the first weeks of separation. The stuff that matters more than most men realise.

Phase 2: Going Deeper

For men who want to go further, Phase 2 covers physical regulation, what happens to men's connections through divorce, keeping your kids off the chessboard, Stoic philosophy applied to the process, handling unfounded accusations, and setting boundaries that hold. Phase 2 launches after the core course.

Divorce OS is a self-paced online course. You work through it in your own time, at your own pace, on any device. Each module includes video content, practical exercises, and tools you can apply immediately to your situation.
